BankNH Pavilion has a list of rules and policies to ensure that all guests remain safe and comfortable throughout an event. To ensure you have a positive experience, familiarize yourself with the following rules:

Accessibility policy

BankNH has a series of ADA-approved accessible accommodations to help guests with disabilities. These accommodations are designed to make sure nobody gets left out of an event. If you have any special requirements, you should contact the venue ahead of time. You can also purchase accessible seating before you arrive.

Cash policy

It’s important to remember that many points of sale at the venue do not accept cash payments. To make purchases, it is recommended that you bring a credit or debit card with you. This policy has been put in place to streamline transactions and reduce wait times for all guests.

Dress policy

For most events at BankNH, there is no formal dress code in place. Instead, guests are encouraged to dress comfortably for the occasion. It’s worth noting that bringing a sweater or jacket is advisable, especially for nighttime shows when the temperature might drop.

Late arrival policy

All performances at BankNH Pavilion start promptly at the time indicated on your ticket, or in the show schedule. To minimize any disruptions, you should note that late arrivals can be asked to wait until there is a suitable break.

Therefore, to avoid missing any part of a performance, you should aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. For large events including popular bands, plan your visit accordingly to avoid long waiting times.

Lost and found policy

In the event you lose an item, you can contact the box office at 603-293-4700. Provide detailed information including your name, contact details and a description of your lost items. The staff will be able to assist you in finding your lost items as quickly as they can.

Prohibited items

Before attending an event at the BankNH Pavilion, you should be aware of the venue’s list of prohibited items. These include the following:

  • Bags or purses larger than 5.5” x 8” or clear tote bags larger than 12” x 6”.
  • Lawn chairs.
  • Outside food or beverages, except for one factory-sealed bottle of water. It should be 20 oz or less per person.
  • Refillable water bottles unless they are empty.
  • Coolers.
  • Weapons, projectiles, or any other potentially dangerous items.
  • Professional cameras or recording equipment.
  • iPads.
  • Selfie sticks.
  • Illegal drugs or substances.
  • Medication not in an original prescription container with matching ID.
  • Pets.

Note that BankNH Pavilion implements screening procedures upon entry. This might include bag checks or metal detector screenings to find prohibited items and create a safe environment for everyone. Arriving early is a good way to allow sufficient time for the screening process and to cooperate with venue staff. These safety procedures are in place to improve the experience of all guests.

A note on lawn chairs

One of the firmest rules they have in place is no lawn chairs. Many guests want to bring their own seating if they have lawn tickets, but the venue will not permit outside lawn chairs. Instead, they offer simple lawn chair rentals, allowing you to pick up your chair during the event and give it back once you leave.

To rent a lawn chair, navigate to the add-ons page of the BankNH Pavilion website and find the event you have tickets for. Under the event, you will see many different options, including tickets, VIP Club, Parking & Camping, Fast Lane – and Lawn Chairs. Click on Lawn Chairs to begin reserving your chair for an event.

Note that for most events, lawn chair rentals cost $12. They come with a built-in cup holder, designed for the slope of the lawn.
